President of Nepal Samajwadi Party (New Shakti) Dr. Baburam Bhattarai has said that the alternative politics started by his party does not intend to ban any party or idea.
He said this while speaking at an interactive program on 'New Era Task Force: Alternative Political Rationale and Basis' organized by the party in Kathmandu on Wednesday.
He said that he will move forward by transforming the parties whose issues and ideas are compatible with his party's alternative politics. He also claimed to have started alternative politics with ideas according to the needs of the era.
'Liberal democracy gave freedom, but capitalist economy, market economy made some people rich but brought inequality' Pushpalal brought another edge. We respect that, but now it is not enough. Now, according to the new needs of the new era, we have started because we want a new alternative power with new policies and programs.
He insisted that new ideas and a new era should be paved by saying that the current parties cannot move the country forward. He claimed that Naya Shakti Party was not against any party's ideas or beliefs but was a demand of a new era.
'The need of the age has brought us, we have to go forward and we try to take them (all parties) by transforming them as much as possible, we cooperate on issues,' he said, 'but we understand that they (other parties) alone are not enough. We have not brought new power against anyone. Your era and time is over, now we request you to leave room for new ideas and a new era.'
President Bhattarai stressed on entrepreneurship by saying that until capitalism and industry develop, the country will not have an advanced democratic system. Said to be given . According to the economic policy, capitalism is more progressive than feudalism.
