Chief Justice Prakashman Singh Raut has said that judges should work in a prudent manner so that justice is done. On the occasion of the International Women's Judges' Day, he inaugurated the 'Second Women's Judges Conference-2081' today and said that while being proud of women judges, they should work keeping in mind the dignity and dignity of the court.

Chief Justice Raut said, "When we are proud of the presence of women judges, the cleanliness of justice and prudent decisions are necessary," said Chief Justice Raut. It is necessary to work with dignity in mind.' He expressed the belief that female judges will surely achieve success if they work hard, even though they have the responsibility of home, family, and administration of justice.

Sushila Karki, the first female Chief Justice of Nepal, said that the presence of female judges has been improving in the last three years and that ability, courage and study are necessary in female judges. He emphasized that when making judicial decisions, justice should be done confidently and for that, women judges should be strong. 

Sapna Pradhan Malla, the senior-most judge of the Supreme Court, said that although it is not the case that only women judges are sensitive when it comes to serving justice, the presence of women judges is important. She pointed out the need to pay more attention to capacity building and studies as there are only more female judges when it comes to the question of capacity.

Til Prasad Shrestha, Supreme Court Judge and President of the Judges Association, said that such conferences are necessary for quality justice and will also facilitate the administration of justice. Teknarayan Kunwar, General Secretary of Judges Society of Nepal, informed that the conference was organized with the aim of discussing the need for women's participation in the judicial sector and gender equality in the courts. 60 people including 50 working women judges and 10 former chief justices and judges participated in the

conference. In the conference, Chief Justice Raut honored the first woman Chief Justice Karki for her contribution in the field of justice. In the

conference, various issues of inclusivity in the judiciary and the representation, challenges and possibilities of women judges are being discussed . Earlier, the first national conference of women judges was held on March 9.
