Ghising's reply on Sunday, he wrote that even though Energy Minister Khadka had directed that the court's ruling on dedicated feeder and trunk line would be adverse, he did not agree to implement it.
'If there is a dispute regarding the arrears of electricity supplied to large industrial houses that take supply from dedicated feeders and trunk lines, it is my duty as the head of the organization to take action for recovery if it is the legal right of the authority to receive the payment of the tariff after the final decision from the court,' Ghising wrote in reply, 'The instruction given by the current Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation to cancel this arrears and manage the court's judgment against the adverse recovery is my official duty and I couldn't accept it honestly.'
Ghising has also written that he will be asked for an explanation and removal action will be taken for not implementing the said instruction . "The action presented to me on the bias of not accepting his instructions as a party to the recovery of a large amount of public funds has been carried forward. The issue that the departmental minister has to take action against me is the huge arrears of the industrialists . Ghising has said that by diverting it and raising unrestrained, arbitrary, secondary and general procedural matters, the responsible cabinet of ministers who use the executive power of the country has been misled and given false information.
Energy Minister Khadka said in the February 22 meeting of the House of Representatives that 22 billion rupees should be collected for consuming electricity from dedicated feeders and trunk lines.
