Maoist chief whip Hitraj Pandey has objected that the government has given zero marks in the performance evaluation of the Executive Director of Nepal Electricity Authority, Kulman Ghising.
Speaking at the meeting of the House of Representatives on Wednesday, he drew the government's attention to the fact that Executive Director Director Ghising was repeatedly asked for an explanation. He mentioned that Ghising played a key role in bringing profit to the authority and commented that the government has washed its hands behind.
He said, 'Joe is always doing things to collect money. Even in the matter of raising that karma, there are frequent obstacles. The government should not do this. For this, we want to request the government to make a ruling.
He said that the government is also prohibiting the collection of arrears of the industries and demanded a ruling from the speaker to prevent it from doing so.
