Prime Minister Oli met international goalkeeper Buffon, who came to Nepal as the chief guest of the third KP Oli Cup football championship organized by the National Youth Association of Nepal, on Monday morning at the Prime Minister's residence in Baluwater. On the occasion of the

meeting, First Lady Radhika Shakya, Prime Minister's Chief Advisor Bishnu Prasad Rimal, Nepal Government Chief Secretary Ek Narayan Aryal, All Nepal Football Association President Pankaj Rai, National Youth Association of Nepal President Kshitij Thebe, Buffon's family members were also present.

The championship, which started on February 11, will end on Monday evening at Dashrath Stadium.

Buffon is considered one of the greatest goalkeepers of all time. He was a key player when Italy won the World Cup in 2006. The main reason why he is remembered by many is something else and that is, he continued to play football continuously for almost three decades.
