A two-day national level training program is being held in Bhairawa from today under the initiative of Congress Policy, Research and Training Institute. 165 regional presidents from all over the country have gathered here for training. On the first day, Monday, Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba will address and inaugurate the training.

Chairman Deuba is coming to Bhairahawa from Kathmandu in the morning to participate in the training. According to Purna Bahadur Khadka, head and vice-chairman of

Policy Research Institute, more than 330 leaders and workers have come to Bhairahawa for the training to be held on Monday and Tuesday. The training will discuss how to institutionalize and strengthen the party. General Minister Gagan Kumar Thapa and Vishwaprakash Sharma are also coming on Monday for

training. It is reported that the Home Minister Ramesh Ukhtar is also scheduled to visit Bhairahawa on Monday. The leaders including Shekhar Koirala and Minendra Rizal are in Rupandehi since Saturday. 

After the opening, there will be presentations on 6 different topics, including policy reforms, achievements including physical infrastructure, the constitution and the role of Congress for the development of the country, the upcoming convention, active members and general elections.

In that order, there is a program for the participants to exchange their experiences in their fields. The Congress has informed that there is a program for the regional presidents to make critical suggestions about the current government's actions and the two ministers participating in the government will respond to them.
