UML has decided to reduce the number of central committee members of the party's mass organization. The meeting held on Sunday at the UML central office in Chasal, Lalitpur, has decided to revise the guidelines on mass organization coordination and keep the central committee of large mass organizations to 151 members and the central committee of small mass organizations to 99 members.

After the meeting, in a press conference, the party's general secretary Shankar Pokharel said that the number of central committee members from the next convention to organize the mass organization  It was decided to reduce. 

Similarly, the meeting will increase the number of officers of the public organization  Also reduced. Earlier it was arranged that there would be 17 officials. According to General Secretary Pokharel, it has been decided to keep nine officers of the public organization, including one president, two vice presidents including two women, one general secretary, one deputy general secretary, three secretaries (propaganda, foreign department and organization) and one treasurer. 

Likewise, it has been arranged that only the central secretariat and the central committee will remain in the public organization. Before this, there was a central secretariat, a standing committee and a central committee in the people's organization. Now it has been decided to end the system of standing committee and only the central secretariat and the central committee will remain, he said. The meeting has decided to nominate Ganesh Pandey as the Secretary of the Publicity and Publication Department of the party and Navraj Gelal as the Secretary of the Local Development Department. 

Likewise, the party has discussed policies, programs and budgets in places where its party has won at the provincial and local levels. General Secretary Pokharel informed that the meeting decided to hold a national gathering of the heads, presidents, deputy heads and vice presidents of the local level. It has been decided to hold the meeting in the month of March. 

It has been decided to hold a joint meeting with the Chief Minister, Ministers, Party Leaders, Chief Whips and provincial officials and in-charges at the provincial level to discuss policies, programs and budgets. 

Similarly, the party relations department has been instructed to submit suggestions on the government's policies and programs by the 15th of Chait. The party has made standards for foreign visits. 

'Before going on a foreign trip, permission must be obtained from the party and which organization has organized it for what purpose. He said that it is necessary to provide sufficient information and to play a role in enhancing the reputation of the party and the country after visiting a foreign country, and to submit a report about his visit to the party after his arrival. 

Similarly, the meeting has decided to honor the communist warrior on the occasion of the 76th foundation day of the Nepal Communist Party  . He informed that communist warriors will be honored at the rate of one person from each province. 

The names of Jaychandra Swar, Ram Bahadur Budha, Nanda Bahadur Singh Kadayat and Amar Vick who were nominated as provincial members by the Sudurpaschim Province Committee  approved. Similarly, the party has requested the concerned parties to advance the construction process of the cable car which has been built in Pathibhara of Taplejung. 

General Secretary Pokharel asked to resolve the dispute regarding the Pathibhara Temple cable car by discussing with the local public representatives, administration and interested groups and asked the relevant parties to play a role in advancing the process of building the cable car.
