The 8th Congress of Nepal Mazdar Kisan Party (NEMKIPA) is starting from today. The party said that the convention will last until the 19th of this month.

Sarojraj Gosain, a central member of Nemkipa, said that the eighth convention of Nemkipa will focus on various issues of the country and abroad and pass various agendas. He informed that delegates, observers and workers from various districts of seven provinces including Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur will participate in the convention. 

This morning at 10 o'clock at Lanchafalcha in Kamalvinayak, Bode in Madhyapurthimi, Suryavinayak bus stop in Suryavinayak, Koteshwar in Kathmandu, Tathli and other places, bazagaza, tableau, and various cultural programs will be held at Sallaghari at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and will turn into the inaugural session.

Informing that Nepal Labor Farmers Party was established on 10 January 2031 under the leadership of President Narayanman Vijukchen Rohit, he said that the first convention of the party was held in 2047 in Bhairahawa. Until the party's seventh convention, the party's founding president Narayanman Bijukchen (Rohit) has been unanimously elected as the president.

The previous Seventh General Assembly elected a 25-member Central Committee under the chairmanship of Bijukche. In which there were 23 central and two alternate central members. This year, the Congress is interested in whether Bijukche will be elected for the next term or whether a new leadership will come.
