Health workers cannot work under pressure: Health Minister Paudel

Health and Population Minister Pradeep Paudel has said that ancient practices must be changed to make health services effective. On the occasion of the Health Service Day, Health Minister Poudel admitted that although the conditions for easy access to health services have been created, they have not been able to make them effective.

Today, the health service is in a very weak state, it is in a position where it cannot give results, in the health sector  It does not mean that the service is not available. The situation is that the service is available but not complete. It has not been effective, it has not been organized. Today's challenge is to make health services efficient and organized. Therefore, it is necessary to change the practice we have been practicing in terms of making the health service effective in some respects," he said.

Health Minister Paudel said that only people with special abilities can provide health services. He said that health workers cannot work under pressure and emphasized that they should create a pressure-free working environment. This work is a bit sad. Doctors and nurses cannot do it under pressure. I can't do that, it scares me when I see someone drawing blood. But people like me do that. Performs operations, brain and heart operations. Therefore, this work cannot be done under pressure. They had to be made free of pressure. We had to create a working environment,' he said.
