The 'No Cable Car Group' has put forward four conditions for talks with the government. Again, it has been proposed that a ministerial negotiation committee should be formed for negotiations.

In the first point of the statement issued by 13 organizations and nine political parties, it is mentioned that a ministerial negotiation committee should be formed and an official invitation letter should be sent to the agitating parties for result-oriented negotiations. In the second point, it has been proposed that those arrested from Taplejung, Sunsari and other places during the agitation should be freed and the curfew lifted. 

In the third point, there is a demand to stop the construction of the cable car and return all the construction materials from the construction site to contractors, workers and laborers. In the last and fourth point, there is a condition that armed and public police should be withdrawn from Mukkumlung area. It is mentioned that these conditions must be fulfilled for sustainable, lasting peace, meaningful and result-oriented negotiations. It is mentioned in the statement that they are positive and responsible that the problem should be solved through

talks and dialogue.

Mukkumlung Protection Joint Struggle Committee Coordinator Shri Prasad Limbu, Cable Car Cancellation Joint Struggle Committee Coordinator Khagendra Phembu, Kirat Yakthung Chumlung Federal Committee Coordinator and Province 1 Re-nomination Struggle Committee Coordinator Prem Ekten signed the statement on behalf of the organization. On behalf of the party, Rashtriya Mukti Party Chairman Rajendra Mahato, Federal Democratic National Forum Kumar Lingden and others have signed. 

The negotiation committee formed on behalf of the government published a statement on Monday and called for negotiations again. In a statement sent by Prem Prasad Bhattarai, the coordinator of the government negotiation committee and the joint secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, there has been a call for negotiations with the condition of suspending the construction of the cable car. The response to Monday's statement was given by the protesting group on Tuesday.
