The Supreme Court has written a letter to the Secretariat of the Non-Resident Nepali Association and instructed the high-level committee headed by Shesha Ghe to hand over the secretariat for election purposes within 7 days.
Recalling its order of 21 Chait 2080, in the letter, the Supreme Court's decision implementation directorate has been asked to hand over the entire office, personnel administration, cash and goods, documents, documents and other items from the secretariat to the high-level committee for the election of the new working committee.
Currently NRNA Secretariat is being operated by the working committee led by NRNA President Badri KC . He is elected by the convention of NRN . The Supreme Court's Judgment Implementation Directorate has instructed the Secretariat of NRN to implement the order dated 21st Chait, 2080.
The Supreme Court has also directed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to appoint a first-class officer to facilitate the transfer of the secretariat of NRN. The 81st meeting of the working committee headed by the then president Kumar Pant formed a high level committee to hold the unity convention of NRNA under the coordination of Shesh Ghale. The Supreme Court has given authority to Ghale and issued a mandate to hold new elections.
Ghale called a meeting of the high-level committee to hold a unity convention, but all the members did not attend the meeting. Judgment Implementation Directorate has instructed to attend the high-level committee members who are not present through the secretariat. It is mentioned in the letter that if you disobey the instructions, you will be deemed to have disobeyed the order of the Supreme Court and not even comply.
