The rural municipality has said that a crusher is in operation after the disaster in Roshi, which is on the list of highly vulnerable municipalities. Out of 4 mining and crusher industries in Namobuddha municipality, 3 mines and crushers were completely damaged due to the disaster, the municipality said.

Out of 1 mine and 8 crusher industries in the list of Mandandeupur municipality, 3 crusher industries are operating after the disaster. According to the municipality, it is mentioned in the details that the remaining 5 crusher industries are currently not in operation. Out of the 5 crushers and 7 mining industries in the list of Bhumlu rural municipality, the rural municipality has indicated that currently 4 crushers and 7 mines are operating.
The report prepared by the district level monitoring task force of the river and mining industry in 2079 states that the mining and crusher industry is not operating according to the standards . The committee gave suggestions for improvement to such industries and instructed the local level to regularly monitor and regulate them. However, the local level does not seem to follow the instructions. District Coordination Committee Head and District Monitoring Committee Coordinator Deepak Kumar Gautam said that the related industry has been repeatedly informed about the operation of mining and crusher industry according to
standards and instructions have been given to the local level to regulate this issue.
According to him, the committee is re-monitoring as it was found that the mines and crusher industries that are currently operating are not following the standards. Chief District Officer Umesh Kumar Dhakal said that besides requesting the mining and crusher industries to comply with the standards, the office has written letters to the district police, local level and related agencies to punish those who are operating illegally.
