Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that according to the constitution of Nepal, school education up to basic level is free and compulsory and education up to secondary level is being implemented.

Prime Minister Oli said this while replying to a question asked by MP Prem Suwal in Parliament on Sunday. Answering MP Suwal's question  Prime Minister Oli has said that 'Article 25 of the Constitution of Nepal states that under the right to property, every citizen has the right to acquire, enjoy, sell, receive commercial benefits and do other transactions of property under the rule of law.

'As far as the issue raised by the Honorable Sir regarding the legal provision of not keeping property abroad, the Act prohibiting investment abroad, 2021 prohibits anyone from investing in any type of foreign security, partnership with a foreign firm, foreign bank account, or real estate located abroad,' he said, 'if found to be illegally embezzling foreign currency, action will be taken according to the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 2019. is.'
