The committee consists of Shivraj Choulagai, Chief Administrative Officer of Pokhara Metropolitan City, Police Chief of Kaski, Superintendent of Police Shyambabu Olia, Armed Police Superintendent Surya Prasad Timilsina, Chief Armed Police Superintendent of No. 24 Gana Headquarters of Armed Police, Suresh Kumar Tiwari, Deputy Director of National Investigation District Office, member and Assistant Chief District Officer of Kaski, Ganga Bahadur Chhetri, member-secretary. In addition, there will be an explosives expert in the committee.
