Congress leader and former minister Minendra Rizal has said that the Communist parties including UML and Maoist Center are always ready to make Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba the Prime Minister.

Leader Rizal also said that the Congress is carrying the communist parties while giving his views on Saturday in the interaction program 'Federalism and Inclusion in Nepal: Structure and Practice' organized by the Parliamentary Affairs Journalists Association.

Rizal said that the leaders of the Communist Party are ready to fulfill that if they know that Deuba wants to become the Prime Minister. "Leaders of the Communist Party are ready to make Sher Bahadur Deuba say that he will become the Prime Minister the day before," said Rizal.

Rizal says that one party is carrying another party in Nepal and Congress is also involved in it. He said that the Congress has been carrying the communists since the past. "We, the Congress, have been carrying the communists." We have carried it in the past, we are still carrying it now,' said Rizal.

Similarly, Rizal also said that the federal system is different in Nepal. He said that since Nepal has gone from a unitary government to a federal government, political parties and state agencies should also move forward and implement it. He also said that the government should create a law for the implementation of federalism. He said that the present government of Congress and UML should advance the laws of federalism, but the commitment of the leadership is necessary. "The evidence of how strong Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's commitment to federalism is, is how the federalism implementation law has progressed to date," he said.

Rizal said that a law has been created for local level management, but since the provincial government management law has not been enacted, the question of federalism is being raised.
