The National Human Rights Commission has directed to provide a copy of the investigation report regarding the irregularities in the lease of the land of the Nepal Children's Organization within seven days.
According to the commission, correspondence has been sent to the High Public Prosecutor's Office Patan and the District Public Prosecutor's Office Kathmandu to provide a copy of the decision and a copy of the investigation report to the Central Bureau of Investigation, Maharajganj within seven days. Tikaram Pokharel, the spokesperson of the
commission, informed that they have initiated an inquiry and investigation into the incident using their discretionary jurisdiction and have sent a letter to provide a copy of the investigation missile within seven days. He said that the investigation was started after the government prosecutor's office, Kathmandu, decided that the then president of the Children's Organization, Rita Singh Vaidya, was involved in the
commission.
