The parliamentary committee has instructed the government to make necessary legal arrangements to solve the problem based on the real identity of Swargadwari Guthi farmers.
The House of Representatives, Agriculture, Cooperatives and Natural Resources Committee held at Singhdarbar on Friday instructed the government to identify real farmers and make arrangements for them to get land ownership certificates.
President Kusum Devi Thapa said that the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation has been instructed to coordinate with the Guthi Institute for the legal arrangements required to obtain landowner certificates for Swargadwari Guthi farmers. She said, 'The Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation has been instructed to formulate a law that is necessary to obtain land owner certificates based on the real identity of Swargadwari Guthi farmers.' The
committee has also instructed to inform the parliamentary committee about the problems and special work progress in this regard within the month of February.
