The adjourned meeting has been resumed after the MPs of the Maoist Center and RSWP and other parties interrupted the meeting of the House of Representatives demanding that it be conducted according to the rules and procedures.

The meeting started after Speaker Devraj Ghimire said that a decision will be made after necessary study regarding the disagreement on time management. After the obstruction of the opposition on the issue of allowing the parliamentarians of the ruling party to speak, the speaker said that the necessary study will be done and the conclusion will be announced. 

After the emergency and zero time proceedings, Deputy Speaker Indira Ranamar, who was in the Speaker's seat, gave time to the ruling party MP Ramhari Khatiwada to speak without entering the agenda. Maoist and RSVP opposed it.
