The General Minister of Nepali Congress Gagan Kumar Thapa has said that Congress will not be the person who will form the alliance before the elections.  He said this while addressing a program held in Chitwan on Monday. He said that he should be able to go to the people by doing good work till 084.

He came forward in the 2084 election and said that now no one in Nepali Congress constituencies across the country can dare to vote for another party's election symbol. He warned that Congress will not exist if it does so. The Election Commission said that it is proceeding with the discussion about considering the votes received by the candidates of the party in 165 constituencies as proportional votes. If that happens, no one will dare to form an alliance before the election. 

He said, "Let's do a good job until the 084 elections". That is to go without getting credit for the work . 084 election, please write this down . Once upon a time I was alone. Coming forward in the 2084 election, now no one can dare to come and vote for another party's election symbol in the constituencies of the Nepali Congress across the country. Whoever does that will not remain Congress . We fought for it yesterday, but we couldn't. I could not . Now comes the whole party . The party came to the conclusion that there should be no alliance before the election. Even now, the Election Commission is discussing a proposal. In 165 constituencies, the votes received by the candidates of the party will be considered proportional votes. After that, no one will dare to form an alliance before the election.
