According to Nirla Bhandari, chief police inspector of Muglin area police office, the mini truck No. VE1K 2362, which was carrying Khasibo from Bardia towards Kathmandu, went out of control at Ichchakamana-4 levatar of Chitwan under Prithviraj highway. It was lying on the road this morning. He informed that 19 people died in the
accident.
