Leader of the main opposition party and Maoist chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has been saying that 'the government is collapsing' for the past five months. It is not so suitable on the political stage,'' Oli said, 'the government is not going to change until 084.' What is the benefit for the people and the country to spend three years making such rumors day and night?

Maoist Chairman Dahal has been saying that the government will collapse soon. "Even if we don't do anything, this government will collapse, it will collapse as we walk, no one needs to do anything," he said this week in Tehrathum.

Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba, who is holding the key to power, is silent about the life of the power-alliance. He is in the mood to wait for about one and a half years to lead the government as agreed. 

Addressing the Parliament meeting on Friday, Deuba also said that he is firm on the seven-point agreement reached when the alliance was formed.

This government was formed because the government could not be stable in the past. We are determined to give stable government to both parties and other political parties. The Nepali Congress is determined to implement the seven-point agreement. Other political parties will continue to support this," he said.

Prime Minister Oli and Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba had the same seats in the meeting of the ruling coalition party on Monday. Although the chairs were different, the table was kept the same for both. The political meaning of this posture, which looks normal, was connected to the power alliance. 

Usually, in the meeting room of the Prime Minister's residence, Baluwatar, separate chairs and tables are arranged for the Prime Minister and for other leaders. But on Monday, Oli and Deuba sat in the same seat sharing the same table. Its political message was, the power coalition is going well. 

While Prime Minister Oli is saying that his government will last till 084, Dahal, the leader of the main opposition party, is saying that the government will collapse soon, Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, who is holding the key to maintaining and destroying the government, is silent. The day he breaks his silence about bringing down the government, the government will be down. It was agreed that Oli, who became the Prime Minister in the last week of June, would lead the government for two years and Deuba for one and a half years. It will be two years since Oli became the Prime Minister in 083 June. After that, there is an agreement that Deuba will lead the government until November 084.

But the leader of the main opposition party and Chairman of the Maoist Center, Dahal, has been continuously saying that the government will not last for many days since it passed two months. He started questioning the life of the government without completing two months, but at the end of January, the government is completing seven months . Dahal is constantly repeating the statement that the Oli government did not complete 100 days and said that the power alliance will not last for many days. On Monday, after reaching Hwaku in Atharai rural municipality-3 of Tehrathum in eastern Nepal, while inaugurating the Bagale Martyr Memorial Park, Dahal claimed that the life of the government is almost over. 

'Even if we don't do anything, this government will collapse, it will collapse as we walk, nobody needs to do anything,' he said. 

Prime Minister Oli has repeatedly repeated that the government will last until 2084, refuting Dahal's statement.

There are rumors that the government will collapse day by day. If it doesn't fall tomorrow, it will be moved to Persi . If it doesn't happen, it will be postponed to next week," he said in the UML parliamentary party meeting on Tuesday. If it does not fall in Dasain, it will be moved to November. In which month ? The government falls in November 084 . It is only the government that has been accused since November 084.'

On Monday, while inaugurating the main administrative building of Suryabinayak Municipality, Oli also said that he will hand over the government to Deu after 17 months.

'Now after 17/18 months, Sher Bahadurji is the Prime Minister . He drives . I help . CPN-UML gives full support. We will make it successful,' he said, 'now I have got support from the Nepali Congress . I have received complete support without any reservation . Tomorrow Nepali Congress will get full support from us.' 

On January 11, Oli addressed the administrative building of Palpa's Tinau rural municipality through virtual channels and said that it is meaningless to say that the government will change. "I request you not to follow the rumor that the government will change," he said.

On the other hand, Dahal has blocked two fronts to weaken the Oli government. Maoist Center, National Independent Party, National Democratic Party, CPN United Socialist Party, Rashtriya Janamorcha, Nepal Samajwadi, including the opposition parties in the parliament, have decided to go together on issues that can be agreed upon in the parliament. Similarly, to put pressure on the government, the activities of the Maoist Center, the Integrated Socialists, the Nepal Socialists and the Samajwadi Front of the Nepal Communist Party, which is outside the parliament, have intensified their activities against the government. 

So much so that on the initiative of Dahal, in the meeting of seven opposition parties on January 4, he said that the government should resign because it has not done a good job. 

"On the basis of morality, the Congress-UML coalition government should resign," he said. In a statement issued by the opposition party, it was accused of trying to impose a two-party autocracy.

'The Constitution has not envisioned the imposition of two-party dictatorship under any name . However, with the repeated exercise of bringing ordinances related to political parties to stay in power in an arbitrary and dictatorial manner and to split the opposition parties, the situation is emerging that the historic achievements of the Nepali people will be taken away from various struggles. We oppose the government's move.' He also said that he can't believe it now. While inaugurating the Basic Hospital of Rapti Rural Municipality of Dang on January 12, he said that the government is not in a hurry but will not run away from responsibility.

'I am in no hurry to get the government now. I was very badly cheated by him . "I don't even want to trust a cheater," he said, "but, if the situation arises, I will not talk about running away from responsibility."

Maghe reached Sukute in Sindhupalchok to celebrate Sankranti and claimed that the government would collapse on its own. 

'We have not planned to overthrow the government, to go to the government immediately . We are on a campaign to strengthen the organization among the people," he said, "I am not worried about this government, it is going to collapse. We don't have to do much. Its lifespan is not long . It's not even something I can put a life span on.' 

In the UML central committee meeting that ended in the third week of December, Oli claimed that the government would last until 084, while in the central committee meeting of the Maoist center, Dahal predicted that the government would collapse due to its own causes.

On November 7, at the party's awakening meeting held at Darbarmarg, Oli claimed that the government would last for the full term as agreed. I will remain the Prime Minister until June 2083 and I will entrust Deuba. Now I run it for 18 months and Sher Bahadurji runs it for 18 months . There is no confusion about it,' he said.

Usually, after the government completes 100 days, the opposition party criticizes the government, but Dahal criticized the Oli government within 40 days. On August 11, speaking at a special time in the House of Representatives meeting, he criticized the government saying that he would not take part in the power game.

Prachanda will no longer engage in power games, he will not come to you to ask for a share in power. "Maoist is a movement rather than a party, it is a movement of marginal classes, caste, gender and region," he said, "Maoist's focus is no longer on power, it is on resisting your conspiracy". The movement is being reorganized.'

He said that even though there was a conflict in the coalition, he should not be asked to join the government. "Please don't come to fight again by saying 'Lou na Prachandaji' and make a fuss," he said in the parliament.

The leader of the main opposition party, Dahal, has commented that it is unparliamentary for the government not to complete the 100-day protest. UML Deputy General Secretary Pradeep Gyawali said that as soon as he left power, he repeated the expression that the government would not last because the riots started in Dahal. 

Prachandaji is saying that the government will not last because of the quick exit from power, he said, "There is no basis for changing the government". It is expected that Prachandaji will get any external support than the government is collapsing . The government will not collapse due to external reasons.'

Gyawali claims that unrest has arisen in Dahal after leaving the government. He is worried about existence. He is afraid of what will happen to his situation if the government lasts for a long time, he said.

Maoist Vice President and Spokesperson Agni Sapkota argues that the government is not doing well and is standing on weak ground. The work of the government has not been effective. The government is trying to move forward with the help of an ordinance. We have not been able to have a balanced relationship with our neighbours,' he said. The government is standing on weak ground.'
