After a 15-minute boycott, the parliamentarians of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RASWPA) have returned to the House of Representatives meeting. They boycotted the meeting for 15 minutes after they did not get time from the speaker to speak.

While the Prime Minister was speaking, the RSVP MP returned to the House meeting. RSVP MPs boycotted the House of Representatives meeting before the Prime Minister spoke.

The RSVP boycotted the House of Representatives meeting saying that Speaker Devraj Ghimire did not listen to them. RSVP deputy leader Virajbhakta Shrestha said that they are considered as second class parliamentarians. He said, 'We were considered as second-rate parliamentarians. We boycott this meeting for 15 minutes.'

At the beginning of the first meeting of the fifth session of the House of Representatives, the RSVP interrupted. Raswapa got up from the seat asking for time and interrupted them saying that they have to put their issues. Speaker Devraj Ghimire had ordered the RSVP MPs to sit down and allow the proceedings of the assembly to proceed. However, the parliamentarians of the RSVP asked for time because they had to talk in an emergency.
