The opposition party National Independent Party (RASWPA) has boycotted the meeting of the House of Representatives. The RSVP boycotted the House of Representatives meeting saying that Speaker Devraj Ghimire did not listen to them.

RSVP Deputy Leader Virajbhakta Shrestha said that they are considered as second-rate parliamentarians. He said, "We were considered as second-rate parliamentarians." We boycott this meeting for 15 minutes.'

RSVP MPs have walked out of the House of Representatives meeting . At the moment, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is addressing the Parliament.

RASPA interrupted the first meeting of the fifth session of the House of Representatives. Raswapa got up from the seat asking for time and obstructed it by saying that they have to keep their issues . Speaker Devaraj Ghimire ordered the MPs of RSVP to sit and allow the proceedings of the assembly to proceed . However, the parliamentarians of RSVP asked for time as they have to keep things in an emergency.

RSVP parliamentary party deputy leader Virajbhakt Shrestha requested time to 'let us speak'. MP Sobita Gautam said, 'We have some issues, we would like to politely put the issue . Need time .' RSVP Chief Whip Santosh Pariyar did not want to have a double dialogue with the Speaker and demanded that time be available.

Speaker Ghimire had issued an order to stay. 'I order to sit, sit . If time is needed, I will provide more time when speaking on party basis,' was the Speaker's order. When the speaker wanted to enter the agenda while the RSWP MPs were standing, the RSWP MPs protested by knocking on the table .
