On Friday, Chief District Officer (CSO) of Saptari Bhola Dahal reached the Rajviraj Municipality office and most of the employees were not in the office. When Chadke reached Prazia municipality for monitoring, 24 out of 59 employees were not present in the office.
When they reached Prajia office, the employees including Bhogendra Yadav, Head of Education Branch, Health Branch Head Niranjan Yadav, Prakash Kumar Gupta of Planning Branch were not present in the office. A heater was burning in a working room. But there was no one in the staff chair .
Prazia Dahal said that they reached the municipality under regular monitoring. He said, "Almost half of the employees were absent". Some were told to be in training and some were on leave, but they did not mention the leave or schedule in the attendance register.
Mayor Bhimraj Yadav of Rajviraj Municipality is suspended in a corruption case . At present, Municipal Acting Mayor Israt Parveen said that there is a problem of tardiness of employees in the office and she said that the employees who did not come to the office on Friday will be dealt with on the basis of monitoring .
