The Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RASWPA) has said that it will seek legal remedies if the suspension of party chairman Ravi Lamichhane is not lifted immediately. Addressing the meeting of the House of Representatives held on Friday, Party Vice Chairman Swarnim Wagle gave this warning.

Wagle accused Speaker Lamichhane of using the entire state power with vengeance and prejudice. He disregarded the constitutional provisions  Mentioning that Lamichhane has been suspended, he said that Raswapa will seek legal resolution of this.  'Ignoring, teasing, attacking the new forces in the world  And there are stages of accepting existence. It is felt that we are now going through the attack phase. But the fourth phase will come soon. That is acceptance of existence, entry. We are fully confident of going from the third phase to the fourth phase,' he said.  He also said that Speaker Devraj Ghimire has been asked to lift the suspension of Speaker Lamichhane. 'The entire state power has been dug with vengeance and prejudice against Ravi Lamichhane. I should not speak on matters pending before the court. I don't speak Some of the leaders who were targeted by the royal commission created by the then king are still active in politics today. "This is a country where the judicial courage, that courage was exercised when the court dismissed the then royal commission that put all the famous leaders in cages," he said.
