The opposition political parties in the federal parliament have decided to oppose the ordinance brought by the government recently. The meeting of the opposition parties held on Thursday at the office of the parliamentary party of the main opposition Maoist center at Singha Darbar has also decided to hold a street demonstration against the ordinance if necessary.

The meeting of the 7 opposition political parties discussed how they will present themselves in the winter session of the Federal Parliament starting from Friday. Maoist chief whip Hitraj Pandey said that seven parties participated in the meeting and the meeting took a decision to reach a consensus on the issues of public concern in the parliament. Pandey informed that the meeting of the opposition parties has decided to reject the ordinance brought by the government through wrong methods and procedures.

'The meeting is going to systematically raise the concerns of the people in the sessions of the Federal Parliament . Regarding the ordinance, instead of bringing all the laws to the House and advancing all the laws in an orderly manner, the government has brought the ordinance as soon as the House is convened, this is also abnormal in terms of the process, along with an ordinance, the Financial Procedures and Financial Responsibility Act, the government has said that it will be expedited in the ordinance, but that is It is under discussion in the Finance Committee of the Parliament," said Pandey, "it would have been faster if it had been discussed and passed from there. The government has also brought an ordinance to minimize it. In terms of methods and procedures, it is wrong to do it quickly. It has been unanimously decided that it should be rejected. The voices of the people about good governance and people's livelihood have been discussed in a serious manner.

Chief Whip Pandey informed that the government has concluded that it is inappropriate to go through the ordinance. He said that the House should be made a place where people's voices can be voiced in a strong manner. He warned that he would also prepare for street protests if necessary against the government's actions.

Chairman of Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Senior Vice President Narayankaji Shrestha, President of United Samajwadi Party Madhav Kumar Nepal, Acting Chairman of National Independent Party Dol Prasad Aryal, Vice Chairman Swarnim Wagle, Mahindra Rai Yadav of Nepal Samajwadi Party, Chitra Bahadur KC of Rashtriya Jan Morcha, Chairman of Amjanta Party Leaders including Prabhu Shah participated.
