Police have arrested two more people in the suspicious death of two teenage girls of Dhakari Rural Municipality-8. According to Achham police, two more people from Dhakari were arrested on Monday afternoon. They are being brought to the district police office.
According to the sources, the police have widened the scope of the investigation after the two people who were detained by the police indicated that they were involved in the murder.
A teenage girl of Dhakari rural municipality-8 said that she saw 5 people throwing stones from the hill across the place where the bodies of two teenage girls were found around 2 o'clock on Friday afternoon. The dead bodies of 14-year-old Ishara Khadka and 15-year-old Saraswati Khadka were at a distance of 15 meters.
Locals informed the police that blood was also seen about 500 meters from the incident site. Relative Ramesh Bhandari said that the post-mortem of both the girls' bodies has been done in Nepalgunj. Achham police have arrested four people in this incident so far.
