Ravi Lamichhane, chairman of the National Independent Party, has reached the Pokhara High Court saying that he is not satisfied with the order given by the District Court Kaski in the Suryadarshan Cooperative fraud case of Pokhara.
The President of Kaski District Court, Lamichhane approached the High Court asking that the Kaski District Court, in the order of the hearing on the 25th of January, demanded bail according to section 68 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, canceling the order of the judge and remanding the case on a regular date according to section 69.
He is registering an application under section 73 in Pokhara. According to the information given by the secretariat of Lamichhane, the registration process is going on now.
On December 25, Lamichhane was ordered to be released on a bond of 65 lakhs by Judge Rai of Kaski District Court.
