President Ramchandra Paudel inspected the Kathmandu-Tarai Madhes Expressway (Fast Track) project under construction on Friday. During the inspection, President Paudel was also informed about the progress and actions being taken.
In addition to observing the tunnels, bridges and roads under construction, Paudel took necessary information about the efforts being made to complete the project.
This project, which is the most prioritized among the projects of national pride, is being constructed under the management of the Nepali Army. After the inspection, President Paudel instructed the army to work with high morale to complete the project within the specified time period.
It is expected that after the construction of 70.977 km fast track that will reach Nijgarh in Bara through Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Makwanpur and connect to the East-West Highway, it will contribute greatly to the development and prosperity of the country. now Apart from 6.5 km of Khokna section, only 64.477 km is being worked on.
