Spokesperson of Nepal Police, Cyber ​​Bureau, Superintendent of Police Deepakraj Awasthi requests to pick up such calls and not to believe such emails and not to respond. He urged people to take special precautions in this regard as people are deceived by relying on and reacting to messages sent by unknown persons and from unknown emails. 

Superintendent of Police Awasthi said recently that complaints such as warning emails have been received by Nepal Police Headquarters, Cyber ​​Bureau, using the names and ranks of high officials of Nepal Police and specialized offices of Nepal Police, including the Cyber ​​Bureau, and the Bureau has also drawn serious attention to this matter . He said, 'Since such emails which are said to be sent from Nepal Police Cyber ​​Bureau and other police offices are fake, it is a polite request to all dignitaries not to believe the mails of this nature and not to respond.'

Necessary investigation is being done regarding the e-mails received in that way and if there is any doubt, everyone is requested to inform them through the contact numbers and e-mails on the official website of the bureau . The bureau has also issued a public notification requesting to be aware of such activities and to inform the nearest police in case of any suspicion.
