The opposition parties have decided to demand a special session if the government delays in convening the winter session. The meeting of 6 opposition parties held at the Singh Darbar termed the government's decision to bring the ordinance without calling the regular session of Parliament as arbitrary.

Speaking to the media after the meeting, Deputy Secretary General of CPN (Maoist Center) Varshman Pun said that the government has shown arbitrary and attitude tendency by bringing the ordinance not to convene the Parliament. 

He said, '6 parties participated in the meeting today. In particular, the government has shown the tendency and attitude of running the government in an arbitrary manner through ordinances without convening the regular parliament session. In that, we have 6 parties in one place.'

The opposition parties have accused the government of becoming arbitrary. He said that although the main responsibility of making laws was given to the winter session, it was delayed in convening and brought an ordinance. He said that the opposition parties are on the same page that the government should convene the regular session as soon as possible. He said that the government is working by deceiving the parliament and people's representative organizations. 

'Everyone's concern, suggestion, concern is that the government is becoming arbitrary. He tried to deceive the parliament. Apart from calling the regular winter session, the winter session is naturally also a bill session. The main responsibility for making laws is taken over by the winter session. 4 ordinances have recently been issued without calling it. It is reported that another ordinance has reached the President's office. This government's attitude is wrong. It has been concluded that this is an arbitrary attitude," he said. "The government should call a regular session. People's concerns, law making issues, through the representative assembly of the sovereign people, if necessary, bring it up. Discussed. The essential interests of the people are discussed there. In that case, the winter session should be called as soon as possible. If the government continues to deceive the parliament and the people's representative institutions, if necessary, we are preparing to call for a special session on behalf of the opposition parties. Expensive, corruption is becoming uncontrollable. Arbitrariness is increasing. Acts are being done against the voices and sentiments of the people in the name of mathematically speaking that we are in a comfortable position because the two parties have joined. To alert this, it is necessary to discuss the issues of people's concern in the parliament.'
