The Samajwadi Front of the opposition parties has been reactivated. After about six months, a front meeting was held at the central office of the CPN United Socialist Party.
The front formed when there was a coalition government of Congress, Maoist Center, CPN-S was inactive after the collapse of this coalition. One of the participating leaders said that in the meeting presided over by Netra Vikram Chand, the coordinator of the
front, the general secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal, there was a discussion to finalize the working procedure draft. The
front has also prepared to schedule a program to alert the Congress-UML coalition government. Leaders including Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, CPN S Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal, CPN General Secretary Chand and Nepal Samajwadi Party (Yadav) Mahendra Yadav are participating in the meeting.
