The two-day central committee meeting of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RASWPA) is starting today in Kathmandu. On the first day of the meeting of the central committee of RSVP on Saturday and Sunday, Acting Spokesperson Manish Jha, who presented the views of the party, discussed the Cooperative Ordinance 2081 and the bill registered in the Parliament.
In today's meeting, there will be a discussion among the central members of the RSVP on the party's organizational structure, review, strategy, civilisation, and awakening. Today, a program of contemporary political discussion and reporting has been decided while reviewing the local level by-elections.
It is said that on the second day of the meeting, the constitution amendment will be discussed. According to the schedule prepared by the acting general minister of the party, Kavindra Burlakoti, the meeting will discuss the interpretation of the preamble and the future roadmap for all-round development.
Based on the Jaleshwar meeting of RSVP and the political report of the party chairman presented at the national meeting, it is said that the program schedule along with the future direction of the party will be discussed in this meeting.
According to Acting General Minister Burlakoti, Sunday's meeting will deal with the restructuring of the Central Committee, Advisory Council, Think Tank and Central Department, the party's code of conduct and the revision of the meeting procedure.
There are 61 members in the central committee of RSVP including the chairman Ravi Lamichhane. Dorprasad Aryal is acting chairman of the party after Lamichhane was charged with cooperative fraud, organized crime and money laundering.
