Ramhari's question to Rishikesh - If he doesn't know about his wife and PA, who knows?

Public Accounts Committee Chairman Rishikesh Pokharel said that he did not know about the personal secretary's involvement in fraud, and the Chairman of the Public Order and Good Governance Committee Ramhari Khatiwada has objected.

Khatiwada objected to the behavior of the Chairman of the Audit Committee as if he did not know about the activities of Mrs. Anjala Koirala involved in co-operative fraud and Anil Kumar Pokharel who cheated a person of 38 lakh 80 thousand by saying that he would remove his name in MBBS.

Talking to Kantipur on Saturday, the Chairman of the State Administration Committee, Khatiwada, said, 'If you don't know about your wife, you don't even know about drinking, then who knows about the Honorable Chairman ? The closest would be the wife, PA, parents!'

It is alleged that Anil, the personal secretary of Public Accounts Committee Chairman Rishikesh Pokharel, took 38 lakh 80 thousand from Boualal Choudhary of Saptari between 2071 and 2073 by promising to pass the MBBS entrance exam and to create an atmosphere to keep her in the hostel.

Boualal has said that after his name did not come out in MBBS, he was threatened on the contrary when he asked for money back. When he filed a complaint with the police, it was not registered, and the District Public Prosecutor's Office did not even help to register the complaint. After that, Boualal went to the Biratnagar High Court asking for an order to register a complaint.

The fraud allegations were made public only after the High Court gave a mandate on December 11. Chairman Rishikesh Pokharel wrote a letter to the Parliament Secretariat and wrote that he came to know about Anil's involvement in fraud after the news was published. Morang was protecting the police and public prosecutor's office under the pressure of power and power, but the high court has ordered to file a complaint against Anil.

Khatiwada, the Chairman of the State Affairs Committee, asked the Chairman of the Accounts Committee, Pokharel, 'Did the honorable know it only after the media wrote about it?'

Chairman Khatiwada has also suggested the chairman of the audit committee, Pokharel, to demonstrate ethics. "In some things, you have to demonstrate morality." When there is a drought in politics, the representatives elected by the people have to sacrifice themselves in some matters,' Khatiwada suggested to Pokharel, 'no one is satisfied with character assassination in politics . You should also be careful. There is always goodwill towards him, but when questions arise in politics, ethics must be demonstrated.'

Khatiwada has said in a roundabout way that UML MP Rishikesh Pokharel should resign from the chairmanship of the Public Accounts Committee. Rishikesh's wife Anjala Koirala has been absconding since the arrest warrant was issued by the district court in the Uma-Gauri cooperative fraud.

In the past, Khatiwada recalled that he became the Chairman of the State Affairs Committee when the Congress and Maoist governments were in power and wanted to resign after the collapse of the coalition. After the party went to the opposition, Khatiwada said that he told the leaders including chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba, deputy chairman Purna Bahadur Khadka that he wanted to resign as the chairman of the state system committee, but the leaders told him not to.

'I myself told the chairman, deputy chairman, general minister of the party that I would resign after the Congress-Maoist alliance was broken . They said not to give now . Now the chairman of the audit committee understands what to do.'
