Journalist Shyamsundar Pudasaini passed away last night. He collapsed suddenly at his residence in Saraswatinagar, Kathmandu at around 11 o'clock in the night and was taken to Chabahilasthi Helping Hand Hospital for treatment.

But the general secretary of Press Chautari, Hiraman Lama, informed that the doctor declared him dead when he was taken to the hospital. 33-year-old Pudasaini of Belkotgarhi Municipality-9 in Nuwakot was working as a deputy editor at Nepal Views Online.

He is also the Associate Province Vice President of Press Chautari Nepal. He previously worked in Mountain Television, Himalayan Times Daily, Prime Television and Radio Annapurna among others. His body has been taken to the University Teaching Hospital for post-mortem.
