Former Prime Minister and Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that if the land of Shera Darbar in Nuwakot is being used against the law, it should be brought under the control of the government. Dahal said that he would support if the government takes that step.

In Thursday's meeting of the State Administration and Good Governance Committee, Dahal said that there is no need to attach himself to the said land. The government held the opinion that if the land was sold against the law, it should be brought under control. He said that when he was the Prime Minister, whoever was found involved in corruption should be brought under the law.

'I am ready to help the government if the culprits are prosecuted on the Shera Darbar land,' he said, 'we are going to help the government by taking action against the culprits. If the work is done against the law, let it also be brought under the control of the government, just like the land of Lalita Niwas. Not only to support the government, but also to say thank you.'
