Deputy General Secretary of the main opposition party, Janardan Sharma, said that the power alliance of UML and Congress is trying to remove the inclusive and proportional system provided in the constitution. According to Sharma, the ruling coalition is trying to remove the inclusive system by amending the constitution, but that will not be allowed.

Maoist MP Sharma criticized the government during the hearing of Purna Bahadur Nepali, the proposed ambassador to Sri Lanka, at the meeting of the parliamentary hearing committee on Sunday. Sharma also said that the government has recommended a completely brave Nepali from the Dalit community to be the ambassador of Sri Lanka.

Sharma said that government ministers and leaders of the ruling party are opposing the inclusive system from the public platform. 'The ruling coalition is questioning inclusiveness. The present government and the ruling coalition are questioning about inclusiveness. "Just yesterday, the Minister of Communications said that we will amend the constitution with all the issues of inclusiveness," said Sharma, "The government and the ruling coalition are trying to remove inclusiveness, but that will not be allowed, what the government does is up to them."

Sharma said that in the past, when recommending ambassadors to different countries, the parliamentary hearing committee was raising questions about not recommending people from the Dalit community and the government was forced to recommend people from the Dalit community as ambassadors to Sri Lanka. Sharma said that a person from the Dalit community was recommended as ambassador because the parliamentary committee pressured the former foreign minister and the current foreign minister to make the ambassador recommendation inclusive.

The proposed Nepalese ambassador to Sri Lanka is being heard.
