The Heli Everest helicopter coming to Kathmandu with 5 foreign passengers from Lukla collided with a bird flying from the opposite direction and made an emergency landing at Sanga on the border of Bhaktapur and Kavre.
According to Tribhuvan International Airport spokesperson Rinji Sherpa, there were 5 American citizens on the helicopter. In the incident that happened at 11 o'clock, Heli Everest dropped the passengers there and brought them to Kathmandu by road.
Spokesperson Sherpa said that the helicopter with Alpha Kilo Golf callsign will be brought to Kathmandu only after the technicians check it.
