Koshi Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki said that it is necessary to issue the Federal Education Act soon. He maintained that the education sector could not move forward due to the delay in making laws by the federal government and said, "If the state can make laws in seven days, it is surprising that the union could not make them in seven years." . In the
program, Social Development Minister of the state Panchakarna Rai, Education Secretary Deepak Kafle, Chief Secretary of the state Kedarnath Sharma and others also expressed their opinions in favor of reforming the education sector.
