Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has asked the initiated students to use the knowledge they have acquired to create conditions where all Nepalis can live peacefully, respectfully, peacefully and happily.
Addressing the 50th convocation ceremony organized by Tribhuvan University at Darshath Stadium on Saturday, the chancellor of the university, Oli, asked to make the society democratic, cultured and honest and to be humble without boasting about being a scholar.
Prime Minister Oli also requested to apply the acquired knowledge in practical life as the studies are not completed even after the completion of the degree. 'If you cannot put the knowledge you have into practice, that knowledge will not work. Knowledge should be used practically and for the good of the society as a whole,' Prime Minister Oli said, 'We should take the first responsibility to free the country from the absolute poverty of 20 percent. We should advance the journey of national aspirations of a prosperous Nepal, a happy Nepali.'
Prime Minister Oli mentioned that Nepal is a land of knowledge, meditation, yoga and culture and stressed that we should be grateful for the knowledge of our ancestors. In the
program, 14,308 students from various faculties and levels were initiated by Chancellor Oli. The chief guest of the
ceremony was Dr. Economist. Ramprakash Yadav said that success will be achieved if you can follow the struggle and honesty in life.
Vice-Chancellor and Minister of Education, Science and Technology Vidya Bhattarai emphasized on the need to increase the use of technology in teaching and learning.
University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kesharjung Baral said that the policy of merging the campuses of the university has been taken.
