The eighth meeting of CPN (UML) Central Committee will be held in Kathmandu on 21st and 22nd of this year.  The 42nd meeting of CPN (UML) Central Secretariat held today under the chairmanship of Prime Minister and Party President KP Sharma Oli decided to hold a meeting of the Central Committee.

The meeting held at the party's central office, Chasal, has also determined the agenda of the meeting of the central committee.

Deputy Secretary General Pradeep Gyawali said after the meeting that four agendas have been set from today's meeting: political report for the Central Committee, information on organizational work, approval of decisions made by the secretariat, standing committee and politburo meetings in the past and current proposals.  The

meeting of the party's permanent committee member Vinda Pandey and central member Ushakiran Timilsina did not seem to feel wrong in their response to the party's clarification regarding their public comments against the party's decision.
