Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's visit to India was discussed in the UML Central Secretariat meeting. In Wednesday's meeting, Oli mentioned that his visit to China was a success and made reference to his visit to India.
In the meeting, Prime Minister Oli said that he will visit Delhi "as per the need" as he has met with his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi in New York. He said that the relationship between the two countries had already been discussed during the sideline meeting of the United Nations General Assembly with Modi. Why didn't India visit now? There is no point in making noise about it," said Oli.
In the secretariat meeting, the leaders said that the government should be clarified because the government is in crisis because the Prime Minister did not visit India. They said that the understanding that the government will be in crisis and the relationship between the two countries will deteriorate if there is no visit to India is wrong.
UM Senior Vice President Ishwar Pokharel said that others are making rumors as to why the visit to India did not happen now. Senior Vice President Ishwar Pokharel said in a conversation with Kantipur, "It is the conclusion of the party that the visit to India should be done out of necessity. "Visits to other countries are also done out of necessity."
"At the appropriate time, the visit will take place after the two sides find time," he added, "The relationship between the two countries is being discussed through their respective mechanisms." After becoming the Prime Minister of Nepal, it has been a tradition to visit India for the first time. It has been five months since Oli became the Prime Minister and there is no official visit to India.
Prime Minister Oli agreed on the Belt and Road Initiative (BRE) framework during his visit to China. The BRI Framework was signed after a long discussion between the officials of Nepal and China. He visited China on November 20 and returned home.
