Uma-Gauri Krishi Sahakari took a loan of more than 24 crore rupees from Nabil Bank and RSDC Laguvitt. It has been seen that the owner has embezzled half of the loan amount taken as a mortgage in the name of the borrower without giving it to the concerned person. The indictment includes evidence that the cooperative took a loan signed by Koirala, who was a member of the board of directors from 2072 to 2078. About 5,000 members of the cooperative are suffering due to the inability to repay the loan taken as a mortgage in Nabil Bank.
Anjala was a two-term member of Uma Gauri Krishi Sahakari established in 2068. She said that she resigned from the cooperative on January 5, 2078. Anjala also signed the 'minute' when the cooperative decided to take a loan from RSDC. According to the documents provided by RSDC in the Biratnagar High Court, Anjala's signature is also on the cooperative's decision to request an additional loan of Rs. According to the details mentioned in
'Minute', the cooperative was doing business by taking a loan of 4 crore 25 lakhs from microfinance before 29th January 2017 and it was decided to request an additional loan of 3 crores to expand investment. The then board of directors officers including Anjala were blacklisted by the Credit Information Center, showing the reason why the cooperative did not repay the loan on time. Anjala's name and picture were printed along with other directors in the loan repayment notice issued by RSDC on 16th October 079 in the name of Uma-Gauri Cooperative.
