"Today and tomorrow there is no possibility of much rain, tonight it seems that there will be light snowfall in the hilly areas of Kosi and Gandaki region", she said, "Since the system will move in from Friday, it seems that it will rain on Saturday due to cloud cover from night." Even though the rain will be changeable all over the country, it is predicted to rain in a few places in Far West, Karnali Province.
Meteorologist Manandhar mentioned that the influence of the western low pressure system will cause changes in the country and there will be rain in some places. The weather will gradually improve from Sunday.
According to meteorologist Manandhar, the cold will gradually increase due to rain. She said, 'The minimum temperature has decreased due to light rain on Tuesday. The maximum temperature increases after the sun sets. After the exit of the western low pressure system, the minimum temperature will decrease and it will be colder in the morning and at night.'
In the records of the department, the minimum temperature of Kathmandu today will be 7.5 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature will be between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius.
Last December 29, the minimum temperature dropped to 2.5 degrees Celsius. Meteorologist Manandhar informed that the minimum temperature will drop on Thursday and Friday as the skies have cleared today. When the weather changes, even if the minimum temperature does not decrease, it keeps getting colder. The department has mentioned that the minimum temperature decreases after the sun sets.
