Congress leader Minendra Rizal said that the youth have stopped seeing a safe future in Nepal and said that it is necessary to work on the rest of the democracy through constitutional amendment to solve the problem of youth migration.
He said this at a program organized by the Provincial Committee of the Federation of Nepalese Journalists Foundation in Kathmandu on Monday.
Rizal also said that despite improvements in the economic, social, health and education sectors in the past 30 years, the youth have not been convinced. He said that it is necessary to work on the remaining aspects of democracy through constitutional amendment to solve the problem of youth migration and said, "We have achieved a great achievement in 30 years". It can be talked about anywhere with pleasure . Economic, social, health and education sectors have improved. However, every day more than 2 thousand people are leaving Nepal by plane.
Congress leader Rizal mentioned that the government is being formed and overthrown on the basis of artificial majority, and it is necessary to arrange for a single party to get a natural majority through the constitution. . He reviewed the practice of 9 years of the constitution and emphasized on the need to amend it and said, 'From the constitution we have made, we have to work on the remaining aspects of democracy.'
