Home Minister Ramesh Akhtar has commented that people from different parties are speaking indiscriminately to influence the ongoing investigation into co-operative fraud. He also said that any person involved in the crime will be subject to legal action.

While inaugurating the newly constructed building of District Administration Office Rampur, Palpa on Wednesday, the minister said that he was trying to influence the investigation related to co-operative fraud by pointing towards the leaders-activists of RSWP.

'It is not necessary to call a big or small person to be brought into the scope of research. Anyone can be brought under investigation," he said. The Home Minister said that the Congress-UML coalition government was formed to end corruption and maintain good governance.

He also mentioned that the government is committed to maintaining peace and security. "If there is no peace and security and non-discrimination, it will affect all sectors from development to construction," he said.

The Home Minister, the writer, also launched the passport service and national identity card service from the local administration office. During that time, he said that the service will not be stopped due to lack of staff or any materials. He said that staff management is necessary to provide services to citizens in a simple and convenient manner.

The area administration office in Rampur municipality, 70 km east of Palpa headquarters Tansen, was operating in a rented building since 2073. After the construction of a 14-room, 2-and-a-half storey building at a cost of 4 crore 68 lakh 68 thousand 853 rupees, the office has moved to it. In the

program, the member of the House of Representatives, Narayan Acharya, demanded the post of deputy superintendent of police in the area police office along with the area administration office for the development of Rampur area. National Assembly member Rajendra Lakshmi Gayre stressed that the number of people migrating to Rampur area has increased, so the service facilities should be increased.

Lumbini State Assembly member Raju Shrestha mentioned that the road construction work has progressed to connect Rampur area to Rolpa and said that they are trying to provide as many facilities as possible to the citizens. Bir Bahadur Rana, another member of the Lumbini State Assembly, said that there should be a situation where citizens do not have to listen to complaints about not getting service facilities.
