Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that political confusion, instability and corruption have crossed the line and a new government has to be formed with the cooperation of two major parties.
Prime Minister Oli, who is also the chairman of Nepal Communist Party (UML), said that a new government has been formed to maintain political stability and good governance in a program organized here today on the occasion of the 37th foundation day of Nepal Oppressed Ethnic Liberation Society.
'We will restore good governance and development and bring the country to its destination', Prime Minister Oli said, 'NCP, UML and Nepali Congress have moved forward with the same goal of social reform. During the reign of the king, there were many cases to deceive the people and spread caste hatred. We are humans and humans are all equal. In order to end caste discrimination, we will also work for the amendment of the existing laws.'
Prime Minister Oli says that the current government is ready to eliminate ethnic untouchability and communalism. Saying that no one can be happy by experiencing inequality, injustice, untouchability and suffering, he emphasized that inequality and untouchability should be removed to be happy. Prime Minister Oli said that provisions are made in the constitution to ensure social justice and equality. 'People are the same. No one is born superior. It is not acceptable to say that one is born superior or of a large caste. The government does not recognize such things,' he said.
