Minister of Communication and Information Technology Prithvi Subba Gurung has said that the main objective of the political alliance of Nepal Communist Party (UML) and Nepali Congress is to bring dynamism to development while maintaining political stability in the country.
At the 59th anniversary ceremony of 'The Rising Nepal' held in Kathmandu today, he said that the government is committed to ending the political instability that is the main obstacle to the country's development.
Government spokesperson Gurung said that due to the tendency of formation and change of governments, the under construction development plans, policies, rules and foundations are lagging.
'If there is political instability, the government will be unstable and when the government is unstable, it will affect the development and the people as well. Therefore, it was essential to form a government with the support of the two largest parties in the country, UML and Congress, and accordingly we have done so," he said. This will not happen now, this government is trying to make people feel stability.'
