Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the current joint government has been formed to bring the country from corruption to prosperity by ending political instability.

Addressing the ceremony on the 21st National Japu Day organized by the Japu Culture Development Fund in Basantpur today, Prime Minister Oli said that the government was formed in collaboration with the big parties because there was an attempt to destroy the political change in the country and to discredit the parties who contributed to the change by spreading unnecessary confusion. He said that this government was formed not only to form a government but to advance the journey of prosperity and stability of the country.

Prime Minister Oli stated that the government is working seriously so that our sons and grandsons do not have to suffer the kind of suffering that they are currently suffering and said that it is necessary for people of all castes, languages, faiths and beliefs to come together to make the society civilized and united. Prime Minister Oli mentioned that Newari culture is a culture with history, continuity and original culture more than all the cultures of Nepal.

Prime Minister Oli informed that the Government of Nepal and the Council of Ministers have decided to provide 10 lakhs of support to celebrate Japu Diwas even though there is not much money in the state fund. He said that Newari culture and traditions have contributed to increase national pride by giving a unique identity to the world. He said that the government is ready to encourage religious and cultural heritage while thanking them for continuing their dignified culture and tradition. In the

event, Prime Minister Oli distributed various awards and honors and released digital materials and books related to the annual Jatra. Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh, Minister of Culture, Tourism and Cooperatives of Wagmati Province Bimal Thakuri, Deputy Chief of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Sunita Dangol and others were present.
