Home Minister Ramesh Akhtar has instructed subordinate agencies not to enter into any agreement to strengthen peace and security. In a program held in Birendranagar, the capital of Karnali province on Monday, he suggested not to make any agreement to strengthen peace and security.

"Maintain discipline in daily work, democracy is a change of discipline, not a system of criminals," he said.

He said that the attention of the security agencies should be focused on stopping the activities of character assassination, caste, religion and region. He said that since the government was formed from the stability of the government, the country's stability and sustainable development, it should also be focused on controlling it.

He said that this government was formed after instability in the country. 'We are forming a government for the status quo. Since many issues are connected with the Ministry of Home Affairs, the subordinate agencies should be careful. Accidents, drugs, crimes, even illegal mining of sand and gravel will come under the Ministry of Home Affairs, so it is necessary to work carefully on these matters.

Similarly, Chief Minister Yamlal Kandel said that due to the delay in moving to the federal framework envisioned by the constitution, there has been a situation of commenting on federalism itself. He said that even though ten years have passed since the implementation of the constitution, when the structure directed by the constitution has not been completed, the way for the opponents of the constitution to comment has opened. Chief Minister Kandel was also of the opinion that coordination is being done with all the security agencies of the province, but if coordination is only practical, there will be complications in implementation.
